Kefir Pesto


  • 1 cup kefir
  • 2-3cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. organic olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup freshly chopped parsley
  • ½ cup freshly chopped basil
  • Ground black pepper
  • 4 tbsp. pinenuts


Add  the garlic, parsley, basil, pinenuts, oil, mustard and pepper into a food processor and process until a paste forms.

Put the paste into a mixing bowl and stir in the kefir. Garnish with pinenuts and parsley.
